When I called these guys I needed someone TODAY, and they made that happen. After they gathered information from me about our issue, we were advised to call the city first to see if the issue was on their end first, but to call back ASAP. I received a call back from Evan before I could call him back, which really shows allot of consideration and integrity to me. They were at my property when they said they would be there and the guys were just awesome people. Got our issue resolved, then offered solutions for maintenance and future repairs. We were staying at a friend's house in Pinetop when we experienced a toilet backup. Called Roto Rooter Septic and Drain Cleaning. They were able to get to us in a couple of hours.
