When I called these guys I needed someone TODAY, and they made that happen. After they gathered information from me about our issue, we were advised to call the city first to see if the issue was on their end first, but to call back ASAP. I received a call back from Evan before I could call him back, which really shows allot of consideration and integrity to me. They were at my property when they said they would be there and the guys were just awesome people. Got our issue resolved, then offered solutions for maintenance and future repairs. Just soooo pleased with this company. This is who Iām calling for any future issues no doubt! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough of about Coley. An awesome individual. Helped me out with my septic problems. He was the reason I had them come out a pump the tank. We were staying at a friend's house in Pinetop when we experienced a toilet backup. Called Roto Rooter Septic and Drain Cleaning. They were able to get to us in a couple of hours. Coley and Eli were fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this family run business with a long history in the Show Low area.
